Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 June 2026
These terms govern your use of the RaqibHealth platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organisation.
1. The Service
RaqibHealth provides regulatory and market intelligence for the Saudi healthcare sector — dashboards, alerts, and analysis built on official public registries (SFDA, US FDA, EMA, ClinicalTrials.gov) enriched by our own processing and AI analysis.
2. Not advice
The Service is decision support, not decision making. It is not medical, legal, regulatory, or investment advice. AI-generated fields (originator brands, impact notes, predicted entry windows, confidence scores) are statistical estimates and may be wrong — always verify against the cited official source before acting commercially or filing anything with a regulator.
3. Data & attribution
Official registry data belongs to its issuing authority and is cited on every record. Your licence covers using the Service's enriched analysis inside your organisation. You may not scrape, bulk-extract, resell, or republish the Service's datasets, or use them to build a competing product.
4. Accounts & plans
- Keep your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Paid plans are annual, per organisation, with the seat counts stated at purchase. Seats are for named individuals within your organisation and may be reassigned, not shared.
- Trials and the free tier may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
- Fees are invoiced per the order form; taxes (including VAT where applicable) are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempting to breach security or access another tenant's data, no automated bulk extraction, and no use of the Service to spam third parties.
6. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation; upstream sources (e.g. SFDA) may be delayed or unavailable. We may improve or modify features over time.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees paid by your organisation in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions taken on the basis of the data.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination of a paid plan, access ends at the close of the paid period.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Kingdom.
