Privacy Policy

RaqibHealth (“we”, “us”) provides regulatory and market intelligence for the Saudi healthcare sector. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We design for data minimisation in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

What we collect

• Account data — your work email address and, if you provide them, your name and company. Used to sign you in (magic-link) and operate your subscription.
• Newsletter data — the email address and sector you submit for the weekly Pulse digest.
• Watchlists & usage — the molecules/companies you choose to watch, and the alerts we have sent you, so the service works and never duplicates an alert.
• Analytics — aggregate, privacy-friendly page analytics (Vercel Web Analytics; no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking).

We do not collect payment-card details (sales are invoiced), government IDs, or any patient/health data. The product's content is regulatory data about products, not personal data about people.

How we use it

• Operating the console, your watchlist alerts, and the weekly digest you asked for.
• Service emails (welcome, alerts, digest). Every marketing-style email carries a one-click unsubscribe; unsubscribed addresses are excluded from future sends.
• We never sell personal data, and we never share it with third parties except the processors below.

Where it lives (processors)

• Supabase — database & authentication (hosted in the EU, eu-west-1).
• Vercel — application hosting and aggregate analytics.
• Resend — email delivery.

Retention & your rights

We keep account and subscriber data while your account or subscription is active, and remove it on request. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time — email info@raqibhealth.com and we will respond within 30 days. Unsubscribing from emails is instant via the link in any email.

Public data sources

Platform content derives from official public sources — the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA), the US FDA, EMA and ClinicalTrials.gov — enriched by our analysis. Official data belongs to its issuing authority and is cited on every record. Nothing on this platform is medical advice.
